Yes. All NovaSolo furniture arrives fully assembled and ready to use, with three exceptions that need only minimal final assembly: beds, dining tables, and hutch units. There's never any flat-pack and never any building from parts.

Just a few simple steps. On beds, the headboard and footboard attach to the side rails. On dining tables, the legs attach to the tabletop. On hutch units, the hutch top is placed onto the base unit. That's the full extent of it; the pieces themselves arrive built.

Yes. White glove delivery includes appointment scheduling, unpacking, placement in the room of your choice, and delivery up to two flights of stairs. It also includes up to 20 minutes of on-site light assembly and removal of all packaging materials, and requires a signature on delivery.

Yes. Free shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States, with no minimum. We don't currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

For in-stock items, your order is sent immediately. Courier collection takes about 2 days, and delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Preorder items take approximately 8 weeks from the date the order is placed.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your delivery by entering that number on the carrier's website. Tracking is sent by email as soon as the order is dispatched.

Our specialist couriers deliver door to door and will arrange a suitable time with you. If you've chosen white glove delivery, an appointment is scheduled in advance. If you expect to be away, contact us at customerservice@novasolo.com so we can coordinate with the carrier.

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. To keep our prices competitive and shipping free, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which is deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs vary by location, size, weight, and method. Any original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Before signing the delivery receipt (POD), check the packaging and the item, and note any damage on the POD. Our team will arrange the right solution, including a free replacement if needed.

Our pieces are built on a frame of kiln-dried solid mahogany (SVLK Timber Legality Certified), with Medium Density Fibreboard panels (TSCA Title VI compliant and CARB certified) and antique brass hardware. Every piece is machine-produced and hand-finished, so subtle natural variations are part of its character.

Yes. Tall items such as bookcases and hutches include an anti-tip kit: safety-tested mounting hardware, a nylon strap, and instructions. To prevent tip-over injuries, these pieces must be securely fixed to the wall as directed.

For general upkeep, wipe with a dry, clean cloth. For a deeper clean, use a cloth dampened in a dilute solution of lukewarm water and mild dish soap, then dry the surface thoroughly. Avoid abrasives and harsh chemicals, which can damage the finish and the wood.
